Attraction and retention of residents is the top priority for management
staff. The PMR customer satisfaction program evaluates
potential, current and former residents regarding the property, staff,
services and location.
The PMR Customer Survey Program utilizes both telephone
and business reply mail surveys.
Potential residents surveys include: First impressions, How they were
treated by the staff and the reasons for leasing or not.
Long term residents are surveyed to identify the reason(s) they stay:
Location, Pricing, Staff, Amenities, Floor Plans?
Former residents are surveyed to identify why they no longer reside
at the property. This survey can often entice
past residents back and provide valuable information.
